Vital Blessing? - Guild Wars Forums

Simple question really, why won't my monk heroes keep vital blessing on me? I click it for them to cast, it appears for about a second, then vanishes. Anyone know what's up with this? :/

maintained enchantments must be micro'd to be used properly (by shift+clicking on the skill to disable it).

Yeah what snaek said, you must disable their skill befor casting it upon yourself, that way they will maintain it.

Same thing happened to me when I set up my Rit up for 600/smite team build. It was very annoying till someone helped me out with that. That is a weird glitch.

It isn't a glitch, it is how the AI functions. It is based on their energy management AI which tells them no to maintain an enchantment that reduces thier energy regen unless they need it. Some they maintain well - like Blessed Aura and Unyielding Aura. Some they maintain but not always use well - like Mending and Divine Boon.

Its just a matter of learning about the AI.

To go off what MagmaRed said, basically, unless you tell them otherwise, heros will only cast certain maintained enchantments on people who need them during a fight, immediately canceling afterwards.
